Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition as received.
Gift cards, discounted items, and opened products are not eligible for returns. For a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. We’ll email you a prepaid return label, which you can print and attach to your package. After shipping the item, kindly notify us at pawzitiveshopify@gmail.com to confirm tracking. Once we receive and verify your return, we will issue a refund or replacement based on your needs.
Important: Please do not send any products to our listed address without a Return Shipping Label.

Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons outside of our control are ineligible for returns. Any items returned after 30 days of delivery are also exempt from returns.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is sent (using the provided label), please contact us for confirmation. We will then process your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 4–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds may take several days to process once verified. Check the original amount of payment for any differences in the refund. Contact your credit card provider or bank if the refund has not yet appeared. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at pawzitiveshopify@gmail.com.
Sale Items (If Applicable)
Sale items are only refundable for the amount paid at the sale price.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We replace items only if they’re defective, damaged, or you’re unsatisfied. For an exchange, email us at pawzitiveshopify@gmail.com, and we’ll send a prepaid label for your return. Include your order ID, the lot number (on the bottom of each jar), and any photos of damages if applicable.
